Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping (within Tamil Nadu): 3 – 5 business days.
• Standard Shipping (Outside Tamil Nadu): 5 – 7 business days
• Express Shipping (Selected Locations): 2 – 4 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery Partner:

Our delivery partners are ST courier, DTDC & India post, based on your location the courier will be defined. If you prefer to have a specific courier partner, please mention in the Order Notes while placing the order.

• We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
• International shipping will be available soon (stay tuned!).

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Within Tamil Nadu is Rs.40 & Outside Tamil Nadu Rs.70 (Free shipping for orders above Rs 1699).
• Express Shipping: Additional charges apply, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or app.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Reshipping will incur additional shipping charges to be paid by the customer.
