At Brightsy Boutique, we ensure that all products are carefully checked and dispatched with quality standards in mind. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Return & Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery via what’s app or Email as stated below with your Order ID.
We require a clear, continuous parcel opening video (without pause or edits) to address your claims related to damage, partial delivery, or wrong product received and without this video proof, exchange cannot be initiated.
We do not accept return & exchange requests unless anyone of the following applies:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video
- The product must be defective or damaged.
- You received an incorrect size or a wrong product.
- Unused and unwashed condition
- Tags intact
- Not purchased during sale/discount
- No custom altered

Return Shipping
Once we accept the Return/Exchange request, Customers are requested to send the parcel back to us.
Exchange will be processed only after we receive the returned item and pass our quality check.
Reverse parcel transit time may take 10 – 15 Business days considering all other factors.
